Kelovian offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• All accessories must be included

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.

Our team will provide instructions and return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect the product.

If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
