Shipping Region
Currently we ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Kelovian is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package appears lost or delayed in transit, our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
