A pending authorization does not necessarily mean that KELOVIAN LLC has received or settled the funds.
The timing for removing or completing a pending authorization is controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same metal bed order, please contact us with your order number and relevant transaction information.
We will review the order and payment records and assist where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once KELOVIAN LLC processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Order Cancellation and Payment
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment or fulfillment, any applicable refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.
